The Company is spearheaded by Mark Daniels and Shawn Nelson, both of whom have many years experience in the construction of major homes and estates throughout Southern California. Like most of the Nelson Daniels team, Shawn and Mark spent their early years in the commercial construction market where they developed the experience and tools to manage high profile, large and difficult projects. We use these tools to properly manage the estates we build today. Our personnel have project resumes that are unmatched in the residential arena: The Beverly Hills Hotel, The Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel, the Getty Museum, and the Disney Concert Hall to name a few. We approach the building of your home the way we would a multi-million dollar commercial project, with the same attention to detail, budget, and schedule.
Nelson Daniels has operations throughout Southern California including West Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Manhattan Beach, and the Newport Coast, as well as operations in Hawaii.
